How much does a consultation cost?
It depends on the size of the business and what you need, so we do not publish a fixed price. After a short first conversation we agree the scope and give you a clear quote before any work begins.
Where are you based, and do you work outside Benin City?
We are based at 14, Eriaria Road, Off Sapele Road, Benin City. Tell us where your business is and what you need, and we will discuss how best to work with you.
I am only planning to open. Is it too early to talk to you?
No. It is the best time. Decisions about concept, layout and equipment are the hardest and most expensive to change later. Our startup advisory is built for this stage.
Can you help if my business is already open and struggling?
Yes. This is what our audit and turnaround service is for. We look for waste, cost leakages and weak systems, then give you a plan to close them.
Do you train my kitchen team?
Yes. We run staff retraining and leadership programs for kitchen managers, and we can build training around your own recipes and standards.
How long does a project take?
A focused audit or menu review is typically shorter than a full startup setup or system rollout. We give you an expected timeline in the plan before you commit.
