Procuisine Consult, a subsidiary of Procuisine Culinary School, is based at 14, Eriaria Road, Off Sapele Road, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and what your choices are. We aim to handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, business name, email, phone number, the service you are interested in, your message and whether you want updates.
- Sign-up and download forms: your name, email and, for the opening checklist, where you are in your project.
- Tool results: if you ask us to email your result from a calculator or the health check, we receive that result with your email.
- WhatsApp and phone: if you message or call us, we see your number and what you send.
The calculators and health check run in your browser. We do not receive what you type unless you choose to send it to us.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the service you ask about.
- To send the checklist or result you requested.
- If you ticked the box, to send the monthly kitchen tip and occasional updates about Procuisine Consult.
Who handles it
Form submissions pass through Web3Forms, a form service that delivers them to our email inbox. The website is hosted by Netlify. These providers process data on our behalf to run the site. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and subscriber details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email we send, with the word "unsubscribe".
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
- Withdraw your consent to updates at any time.
